You can conveniently pay your invoice online at https://pay.skytide.com. This portal accepts payments for SkyTide, AMT, and ITCXX invoices, making it simple to manage all your billing in one place. You can also mail a check to 313 Main Ave. De Pere, WI 54115

Email Support – Send requests to support@skytide.com. This is the fastest and most efficient way to get help.
Client Portal – Go to: https://skytide.myportallogin.com
Desktop Agent-Click the caret symbol (^) located at the bottom-right of your computer screen and then click the Skytide logo to submit a ticket directly to our system. Click on the 3 vertical dots and choose: create a ticket
Phone Support – Our agents are also available by phone to assist in the case of an emergency or loss of computer access.

The legal name is SkyTide Group, and it has a new EIN that is different from AMT and ITCXX. If you need an updated W-9, please email us at accounting@skytide.com

Is my Signed ITConnexx or AllMountain Technologies Contract still Valid?

Yes! ITConnexx and All Mountain Technologies now operate as SkyTide Group, LLC. Your contract remains valid, and future agreements will be signed under SkyTide Group.
