Total Webcasting produces and broadcasts a diverse range of live and on-demand events for its numerous customers. Customers remain impressed with Total Webcasting video production and transmission quality, but wanted more detailed information about how viewers were interacting with the online content. Some critical metrics they needed to track over time included:
- Number of unique viewers for live and archived events
- How long events are watched
- Geographic distribution of viewership

An overview graphic chart ranks metrics according to account for any definable time frame. Graphs are easily created for each measure noted in Report #1 (# requests, unique viewers, etc.), for both live and archived content. |
