Leadership Team

Keith Feingold

CEO

Keith is a seasoned global executive and software industry veteran who brings to Skytide more than 25 years in executive leadership and management experience in the software industry. As CEO he is responsible for directing all aspects of the company’s worldwide business.

Before joining Skytide, Keith was CEO and President of Contivo where he evolved the company's direction and strategy, increasing its customer base from one to over fifty brand name companies in less than two years and establishing Contivo as a category leader. Prior to Contivo he was EVP of WW Sales and Marketing at NetKey, growing the sales and marketing organization three-fold while increasing worldwide revenues dramatically. While VP of Sales at Mercator, a provider of enterprise-wide integration software solutions, Keith was instrumental in Mercator's IPO and revenue growth to more than $140 million. Keith also has held executive level positions at leading technology companies including Sybase, Oracle, Image Business Systems and XA Systems. Keith holds a Bachelor degree in business from University of Arizona.

Joseph Rozenfeld

Chief Technology Officer (Co-Founder)

Joseph is responsible for shaping the company’s strategic vision and technologies to meet the fast-growing needs of the business intelligence marketplace. Joseph has more than 20 years of software development and management experience and has founded or co-founded four companies including Skytide and ChainCast Networks.

As executive vice president and CTO of ChainCast Networks, the first provider of commercial peer-to-peer software for broadcast streaming, he grew the company into the largest streaming provider for terrestrial radio broadcasters in the U.S. with a client list including ClearChannel, NTT, Cox, and ABC. Joseph was also a founding engineer, development manager and architect of Essbase and IBM DB2 OLAP servers at Hyperion Solutions (formerly Arbor Software). Joseph holds an M.S. in Computer Science and a B.S. in Applied Mathematics from Moscow Polytechnique University.

Nat Wyatt

Vice President of Engineering  (Co-Founder)

A 20-year veteran of the database industry, Nat leads the software development and engineering efforts for Skytide. In 1996, Nat co-founded Cloudscape, developer of the first Java ORDBMS, which was later acquired by Informix Software, and in turn acquired by IBM. At Cloudscape, Nat defined the architecture and implemented most of the storage system of the Cloudscape DBMS, the technology now provided by IBM as open source though the Apache Derby project.

Prior to Cloudscape, Nat led development projects at Sybase, Oracle, and Sequent. At Sybase, he defined the symmetric multiprocessing architecture (SMP) for Sybase SQL Server, and wrote a large section of the kernel and access level code for SMP support. Nat holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Princeton University.

Brian Spoutz

Director of Business Development

Brian is responsible for leading Skytide's worldwide sales and business development activities. He has more than 25 years of software industry experience, including senior management positions at Oracle, One True Media, XPrime, and serves as an advisory board member for a number of other startup companies.  Prior to joining Skytide, he served as VP of Sales at One True Media and, prior to that, XPrime, where he helped launch these companies and acquire their first set of customers.  He also spent 13 years at Oracle in a variety of senior positions including VP Field Technical Services within Oracle's WW Alliances division which generated over $900m in revenue.

Brian graduated from Central Michigan University with a B.S in Business Administration/Management Information Systems and currently resides in San Jose, California.

Lynn Anderson

Director of Marketing

Lynn has over 15 years experience in developing and executing marketing programs for enterprise software. She most recently directed the corporate marketing program at Mimosa Systems, an enterprise email archiving software solution for Microsoft Exchange Server. Before Mimosa, she was Director of Marketing for the start up ASP customer surey and analytics company, CustomerSat, where she managed all outbound marketing and product marketing efforts. She was also Director of Corporate Marketing at Serena Software. Prior to entering high technology, Lynn directed marketing and public programs for several art museums, including the Walters Art Gallery in Baltimore and the Norton Museum in West Palm Beach. She holds an MA in art history from UCLA.
