John C. Dillon
Mr. Dillon currently serves as the CEO for Navis, a developer of innovative supply chain execution software solutions that optimize the flow of cargo through a global logistics network. Prior to Navis, Mr. Dillon was the CEO for salesforce.com (NYSE: CRM), the leading supplier of online customer relationship management solutions. Previously, he served as the CEO for Arbor Software and Hyperion Solutions (NYSE: HYSL), both leading vendors of enterprise software for business reporting, analysis, and planning. Mr. Dillon's professional history also includes management positions in sales and engineering for Oracle Corporation and EDS.
Mr. Dillon holds a B.S. in Engineering from the United States Naval Academy at Annapolis and an M.B.A. from Golden Gate University. He served on active duty in the United States Navy as an officer in the nuclear submarine service and retired as a commander.
Tom Lounibos
Currently the CEO of Kenamea, a provider of next-generation notification solutions and services for managing the resolution of business-critical and revenue-generating tasks, Mr. Lounibos has been helping grow early stage companies into market leaders for the last 20 years. Prior to Kenamea, he was the CEO of Dorado Corporation, a financial services software provider, and served as EVP and COO for Sagent Technology, a leading provider of business intelligence solutions.
Mr. Lounibos has also served as entrepreneur-in-residence at Crosspoint Venture Partners, and held executive positions at Digitalk Corporation, Knowledgeware, and Encore Financial Services. Currently, Mr. Lounibos is on the Board of Directors for Iteration Software, Inc. and Dorado Corporation. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco.
Andrew Stern
Mr. Stern currently serves as the CFO for Datasweep, a provider of software solutions that link all processes and parts involved in building products for various industries. Mr. Stern has over 20 years of broad-based management experience in several fast-growing technology-based companies. Prior to joining Datasweep, he was Vice President and CFO at NetContinuum, a company providing an ASIC-based Web Security Gateway. Mr. Stern has also served as the CFO for several enterprise software companies, including Skire, Arbor Software (now Hyperion Solutions) and Gupta Corporation (now Centura Software). Additionally, he served as the CFO for Theatrix Interactive, and has corporate finance experience at Raychem, Arcata, and Bank of America.
Mr. Stern was a founding partner of Convoy Capital, a boutique venture capital firm providing financial, operational and strategic advisory services to venture-backed companies. Mr. Stern holds a B.S. from the University of California at Berkeley and an M.B.A. from San Francisco State University.
