Responsibilities
- Perform quantitative and qualitative market research and competitive analysis
- Work with customers to learn and understand product needs
- Document business requirements, use cases, product specifications, testing needs, and user guidelines
- Apply business judgement to prioritize projects and features
- Formulate user interface concepts that maximize clarity and usability
- Work closely with Engineering team to fine-tune plans and results
- Provide product information inputs for marketing collateral
- Present, demonstrate, and evangelize Skytide products to various types of audiences
- Communicate requirements to and from Skytide partners
Requirements
- At least two years of prior product management experience in an enterprise software company
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (advanced degree preferred)
- Fluency in English and outstanding written and oral communications skills
- Passionate, can-do attitude and team player outlook
Location
This position is based at our Oakland, California, headquarters, conveniently located right at the City Center BART station.
