Responsibilities

  • Perform quantitative and qualitative market research and competitive analysis
  • Work with customers to learn and understand product needs
  • Document business requirements, use cases, product specifications, testing needs, and user guidelines
  • Apply business judgement to prioritize projects and features
  • Formulate user interface concepts that maximize clarity and usability
  • Work closely with Engineering team to fine-tune plans and results
  • Provide product information inputs for marketing collateral
  • Present, demonstrate, and evangelize Skytide products to various types of audiences
  • Communicate requirements to and from Skytide partners

Requirements

  • At least two years of prior product management experience in an enterprise software company
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (advanced degree preferred)
  • Fluency in English and outstanding written and oral communications skills
  • Passionate, can-do attitude and team player outlook

Location

This position is based at our Oakland, California, headquarters, conveniently located right at the City Center BART station.
